Hello Melissa,
It's been almost 3 years. Well it will be this June 25th. Kelly and I are doing awesome, we have a baby now and he's almost 2. I can't even tell you enough just how special that whole day was for us and we can't thank you enough for helping to make that happen for us. I was curious, have you cut anymore rug on the dance floor since our wedding? Anyway, I have a cousin who's getting married and him and his fiance would like to schedule a time to come and visit with you to go over possible options. I'm not sure about the date yet, but they have told me that the most they would have in attendance is 150 people for they're wedding. But that would only be if everyone they send an invitation to shows up. I hope that's not too big of a number for your place. They were hoping to be able to come out and meet with you a couple of saturdays from now on June 14th. Of course Kelly and I would come out with them and you can also meet our son Jake. Anyway, I'm pretty bad about checking my email so if you get a chance please give me a call on my cell phone at 323-712-4258. I hope all is going amazing and I guess we'll talk soon.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception
We had difficult 'wants' when we were looking for a location. We wanted a casual yet elegant place that was 'beachy' and very Santa Barbara feeling but not actually ON the beach. We fell in love with Rincon from our first visit. We loved the cozy interior and beautiful 'wedding garden' with the cobblestones and white lights everywhere. It was exactly what we wanted.
Ashley was our catering manager and day-of coordinator, and she's fabulous. Really super helpful, organized and friendly (even kicked out the drunk wedding crashers that showed up at the end of the night from another nearby wedding!) She made the whole process so easy and she's SUPER calm, which is really helpful during the process.
There's a little sticker shock associated with Rincon because most everything is included (catering, service, bar, cake, etc) so the proposal and bill seem high compared to other places. But it was really worth it having everything centralized and in hte end we think we saved a little money (and definitely a lot of headaches!) The food though is DELICIOUS. We likely would have used them as caterers somewhere else they are so yummy. People honestly raved about the food. Especially the salmon with dry-rub on sugar cane skewers; yum yum yum! My husband and I could eat those every day for the rest of our lives and we aren't really even fish people.

I am a Pacifica M.A. student who just finished my courses there at the campus, and I wanted to take the opportunity to say that Rudy and his staff's cooking and service blew me away! Years ago I went to culinary school myself, and I know how hard it is to keep turning out that high quality, fresh, tasty food consistently. Honestly, the meals at school were a highlight of the entire experience at Pacifica for me. They kept me going during those long days!

Rincon Beach Club was the perfect location for our wedding. The staff, especially Melissa, were completely professional and ensured that everything ran smoothly. She took care of overseeing the major details as well as minor details, like helping me get a spot off my wedding dress at the last minute. The set up was beautiful, both inside and out. The food was fabulous, Melissa even helped me to get my dinner from the buffet line toensure I didn't spill on my wedding dress. All in all, the day was perfect, in large part due to the beautiful set up and location at Rincon, and their fabulous staff.
