Dear Marc,
I'm just writing this letter to tell you how happy we are we chose Rincon Beach Club and Catering for the location of our daughter's wedding in June. We can't believe we found such a beautiful place, so close by, that was exactly what our daughter and her husband dreamed of!
Megan and Phil just got married at the Santa Barbara Zoo, among lions, parrots and monkeys. Their guests even fed giraffes after the ceremony! "You don't realize how big a giraffe really is until one is standing right next to you," says photographer Max Wanger. Awesome.

Zoofari Ball XXIV Says "Howdy Pardner"
In Honor of Newly Opened California Trails Exhibit
Executed to perfection-- after 24 years as a premier event and one of the most anticipated parties of the year was a sold out success. The party was spectacular to say the least. 500 guests were greeted at the gate with "Texas Lemonade" in a Mason jar--made with Maker's Mark bourbon, a major sponsor. Then on to the Zoo train, going past animal displays--we saw two lions--on its way to the top of the hill. No detail was spared to make this event exceptional in every way. The cocktail reception allowed the guests to mingle, enjoy Zoo sights, nosh on delicious appetizers, and decide which of the clever and eclectic silent auction items to bid on. The party's
hilltop location has recently been renovated as part of the new California Trails exhibit, opened in April 2009, and features California condors and more local endangered and threatened species. The scrumptious elegant dinner was followed by dancing to the tunes of the Soul City Survivors.
A truly premier event to support our world-class zoo.
Here Comes the Guide
Hi Ashley,
We had a great time! We saw dolphins, Humpback whales, and Blue Whales!
A little bumpy going out and slightly smoother coming back in. The food
was fantastic, everyone commented on the good food and great service.
The carrot cake was awsome! Fun was had by all!

What a fantastic job you and your staff did this afternoon! The
planning, cooking and staffing were all perfect. Thank you so much for
helping Marith with her mom's memorial. She was totally happy with all of
Rincon Caterings hard work. I know that after 55 years of friendship with
her that she is not easy to please and she appreciated it all. Super job. I
think that I may have left my purple vase there, but haven't talked to
Marith yet who may have picked it up and taken it to Lompoc. If you find it
please let me know and I will pick it up next week when it is good for you.

everyone I know. Once again, you made a tough day wonderful for us!

Thank you so much for all of your help with our Christmas party! Everyone raved about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue is. Everything went perfectly. Thanks again for all of your help!
By the way, two days before the luncheon, we had a decrease in attendance with a count of 90. It was too late to change the numbers for you so we left it as is hoping the room didn’t look empty and fearing the headmaster would feel badly if not that many employees showed up. I don’t know what happened within the last two days because unexpectantly, while dining, the room looked filled. I think more ended up coming at the last minute and didn’t tell us. I know you’ll have it noted on the final bill but I’m curious, what was our final number in attendance?

Hi Ashley, Angie, and Marc!
Matt and I are still reeling at what an amazing job everyone at the Rincon did for our wedding! We knew it would be great, but really, we were SO impressed...and so were all of our guests! Everyone we have talked to since the big day has gone on and on about how beautiful it was, the awesome food, the service, and how much fun they had. We couldn't be happier and I get all welled-up just thinking about it! Ashley, I can't thank you enough for going the extra mile for us. You were the voice of reason and a calm in the storm. Your expert advice and guidance allowed us to enjoy this special time in our lives. It means so much to both of us and we will never forget how thoughtful and accommodating you have been. Hopefully some of our friends will have their weddings at the Rincon Beach Club so we can go!
