Dear Marc,
We are writing this letter to let you know what an AMAZING experience we have had with your staff. Our wedding day on September 7th was more that either of us could have ever dreamed of!
Everything was perfect! Our beach ceremony was breathtaking. Our reception, fun and original! Everything executed to pure perfection. The attention to detail was overwhelming!
Every single one of our guests has commented on the EXCELLENT food. Every person that attended our wedding was made to feel like the special and important guest they were by your staff. Shirley was awesome and she took care of Joe and I. She made sure we ate, we had cake and we were hydrated!
Melissa is INCREDIBLE. She was with us every step of the way. I believe it was her that made this experience so easy for us. She was able to build an automatic trust and fun rapport with us a we knew that the "scary wedding planning" was going to be alright and actually fun! We trusted that our wedding would be exactly what we wanted; A reflection of our personalities.
Your vendor recommendations wer also priceless. Lisa Carter from Behind the Scene, Christine Dahl and Barron Spafford all shared the same commitment to excellence that you and your staff generate. We were recently married on the beach at Padaro Lane and had what some describe as the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. There are so many details that go into planning an event like this, and the staff at Rincon helped us with even the smallest details. We had very specific ideas about how we wanted to serve our guests, and how to create an atmosphere that was consistent with who we are as a couple. Rincon listened to us and developed several plans for us to work with and choose from, understanding our taste and our budget. The result of all this planning was a memorable event for us, our family and friends, and something we will treasure forever. Thank you Rincon.

Hi Mel -
Patty and I are finally getting some time to get back to you and others who made the wedding such a success. Our house guests have departed, are returning to Minnesota and the house is beginning to take on a more "normal" appearance. Patty has some of Lisa's beautiful flowers drying in the garage in an attempt to preserve them for a bit longer. They were so lovely that we couldn't bare to part with them just yet. If I had had my wits about me I'd have rescued those from the arch too. Wasn't thinking I guess.
Our appreciation for your efforts as well as that of your staff is boundless. You and they were great and the food was terrific. Our guests were particularly impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of all of you.
One incident must be shared, unless, of course, you already know of it. But, nevertheless, one of our guests, Marie Kelly has an allergy to nuts. Patty cautioned her about the stuffing in the chicken, so we thought the issue was covered. However, during the cocktail hour she inquired of one of your people if any of the items being passed contained nuts and was told of one of the sauces. She declined the sauce and said no more. At dinner time your staff located her and served her a large serving of tri-tip, omitting the chicken. She was and still is, very impressed. Neither Patty nor I were aware of any of this until Marie told the story to Patty yesterday. I'm sure you view this as "normal operating precedure", but it isn't in the usual sense. You truly are the "First Team". Thank you very much.
The overhead lighting definitely added to the atmosphere and I am really glad that you didn't get injured hanging them. That would not have been good. Oh, by the way, you were right. I wasn't a bit cold.

Well what can I say, Rincon Beach Club did a "FABULOUS" job at our wedding. From the first initial meeting that Steve and I had with Marc to meeting Melissa our Event Director ("you are my hero"...) and planning our wedding from beginning to end without missing a detail! The food was great and we received a lot of great compliments on the food and presentation. Everyone at our wedding said, the sunset was perfect, ambiance was romantic and that the wedding just flowed throughout the evening. Melissa you did such a wonderful job keeping the groom calm and the groomsmen in line...They loved you!!! My bridesmaids and I think you are just awesome! We all loved you and the Staff!!!
Steve and I would like to give a "BIG THANK YOU" to the Rincon Beach Club Staff for making our day so special and perfect.
